Minister of Defence Kääriäinen has published a new web column

Minister of Defence Seppo Kääriäinen has published a new web column where he discusses the events in relation to the informal ministerial meeting that was held in Levi 2-3 October 2006. In the column, minister Kääriäinen presents his views about the topics that were on the agenda of the meeting.
