Minister Orpo's new advisory staff

On Wednesday, 22 June, the Government appointed Olli-Pekka Heinonen, Bachelor of Laws, as State Secretary to the National Coalition Party’s group of ministers. Mr Heinonen is based at the Ministry of Finance.

In addition, the following persons were appointed to serve as the Minister's special advisers. Joonas Turunen, Master of Science (Economics), will serve as Special Adviser to the National Coalition Party’s group of ministers. Laura Åvall, Master of Social Sciences, will serve as Minister Orpo's Special Adviser in economic affairs, and Mikko Kortelainen, student of social sciences, will serve as Special Adviser responsible for media relations. Ville Valkonen, Bachelor of Science (Economics), will join the advisory staff on 1 August.
