Minister of Defence Jussi Niinistö to South Africa

Minister of Defence Jussi Niinistö will make a working visit to South Africa on 17 to 19 October 2017. During his visit he will meet South Africa's Minister of Defence and Military Veterans Nosiviwe Noluthando Mapisa-Nqakula.

The ministers will address the overall security situation, defence materiel cooperation and other matters of current interest.

The working visit will be carried out in cooperation with the Defence and Aviation Industry Association of Finland (AFDA) and companies in the field of defence and security that the PIA represents. A defence and security industry related seminar will also be organised during Minister Niinistö's visit.
