Government Programmes since 1917

The Government Programme is an Action Plan agreed by the parties in Government and setting out the Government’s main areas of activity. At first, government programmes were positions and programme declarations by the Prime Ministers. The earlier programmes are collected from various sources, such as newspapers, minutes of government sessions and prime ministers' interviews. This may have resulted in certain inaccuracies as regards the oldest Government Programmes.
