Government decisions on restrictions on local tourism, travel across external borders and audience sizes at outdoor events

On 11 June, the Government outlined its proposal that border control will continue partially at internal borders and external border traffic will continue to be restricted until 14 July 2020. The restrictions will continue to the extent that they are considered mandatory due to a serious threat posed by the epidemiological situation.
The Government has made further specifications to its policy on organising major outdoor events as of 1 July. The number of attendees at public events in enclosed outdoor spaces is still restricted to 500 until 31 July 2020. However, the permitted number of attendees may be exceeded in certain cases.
