Minister of Defence Kaikkonen to discuss with Portugal’s Minister of National Defense

Minister of Defence Antti Kaikkonen will hold a bilateral meeting with Portugal’s Minister of National Defense João Gomes Cravinho in the afternoon of 25 March 2021. The meeting will be held as a video conference.

Ministers will discuss topical issues related to the EU defence cooperation, such as the evaluation of the EU security and defence cooperation, which is known under the name of the Strategic Compass. Portugal is currently holding the Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
