The finance ministers of Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Sweden have published a joint statement on the development of the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU).
The ministers assert that the current strength of the euro area is the result of decisive steps that have been taken. In their statement, the ministers underline six shared views and values. The statement was published on Tuesday 6 March.
