On 29 November, the Government made a decision on the implementation of a structural policy programme at its meeting at the House of the Estates. In addition to the government decision, the Prime Minister's Office will publish a proposal for the implementation of the programme. The proposal was put forward by State Secretary Hetemäki's working group which was responsible for coordinating preparatory work on the programme.
