COVID-19 restrictions and recommendations in preparation and entering into force

The Government and ministries are currently preparing restrictions and recommendations that can be introduced if necessary to manage COVID-19. Legislation and other guidelines are also being updated to reflect the development of the epidemic. The decisions to introduce restrictions and recommendations take into account their impact on the epidemiological situation, the economy and people’s wellbeing.

The Government prepares and issues proposals that advance to Parliament for consideration. If Parliament adopts the proposals, the President of the Republic can approve the bills.

A list of restrictions and recommendations already in force is available on the Restrictions and recommendations page.
