    6.6.2024 | Statsrådet framförde sin ståndpunkt om ett utkast till återtagandeavtal mellan Europeiska unionen och Nigeria i sin skrivelse till riksdagen den 6 juni. Finland välkomnar upprättandet av ett avtal med Nigeria på EU-nivå. Syftet med avtalet är att effektivisera återresor för och återsändande av personer som vistas olagligt i ett land, att bekämpa olaglig invandring och att minska olaglig vistelse i ett land.
