  2. 30.11.2023 | Prime Minister Petteri Orpo will open the Finland Pavilion at the UN Climate Change Conference in Dubai on 1 December. This is the first time that Finland will have its own national pavilion in connection with the conference.   5. 2.10.2024 | Ministers responsible for forest affairs in Europe signed a declaration on the development of sustainable forest management and decided to set up a facility that will focus on anticipating and managing the risks to forests. The declaration was signed by 35 Member States and supported by more than 20 observer organisations.
