It would be simultaneous with the registration of the vessel's right of ownership in another state. 21.10.2021 | On 21 October 2021, the Government submitted to Parliament a legislative proposal for amending the Act on Broadband Construction Aid. The most significant amendment is that in the future, aid could only be granted for constructing fixed connections.
