12.2.2025 | In their meeting on Wednesday 12 February, the President of the Republic and the Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy agreed on Finland’s positions on the Meeting of NATO Ministers of Defence taking place on 13 February. The agenda for the defence ministers’ meeting covers a wide range of issues related to the development of deterrence and defence, defence spending and burden sharing and support for Ukraine. 13.12.2023 | In its meeting on Wednesday 13 December, the Ministerial Committee on European Union Affairs outlined Finland’s positions for the EU-Western Balkans Summit on 13 December and the European Council meeting on 14–15 December, both of which will be held in Brussels.
