  3. Regeringen föreslår ändringar i lagen om smittsamma sjukdomar gällande begränsningarna av förplägnadsrörelser efter nedstängningen - Statsrådet

    11.3.2021 | Den 11 mars överlämnade regeringen en proposition till riksdagen med förslag till en lag om en temporär ändring av lagen om smittsamma sjukdomar. Enligt förslaget ska det genom en förordning av statsrådet som utfärdas med stöd av de temporära bestämmelserna i lagen om smittsamma sjukdomar kunna föreskrivas mer omfattande begränsningar av förplägnadsrörelsernas öppet- och serveringstider samt antalet kundplatser.

  7. Den nya förordningen om begränsningar av förplägnadsrörelser träder i kraft den 13 mars - Statsrådet

    11.3.2021 | Statsrådet har ändrat förordningen genom vilken förplägnadsrörelsers verksamhet begränsas på grund av coronavirusepidemin. Enligt ändringen införs i hela landet de begränsningar som tidigare har gällt de landskap som befinner sig i samhällsspridningsfasen.
