26.1.2021 | Minister of Family Affairs and Social Services Krista Kiuru calls on the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca to scale up its production capacity and to deliver the agreed volumes of its COVID-19 vaccine to the EU Member States once the vaccine has been granted a marketing authorisation in the EU. I landets södra och sydvästra delar samt i Mellersta Österbotten är incidensen fortfarande större än i resten av landet. 20.5.2021 | The Government has amended the decree restricting the activities of restaurants and other food and beverage service businesses due to the COVID-19 epidemic. The restrictions on opening and licensing hours will be tightened in the regions of Kanta-Häme and Central Ostrobothnia because of the worsened epidemiological situation in these regions.
