Minister of Defence Häkkänen to visit Stockholm

Minister of Defence Antti Häkkänen and Sweden's Minister for Defence Pål Jonson will participate in a scenario-based exercise in Stockholm on Monday 9 October 2023. Carried out as part of bilateral defence cooperation, the objective of the exercise is to practise political decision-making and joint operating processes.

The ministers will also discuss bilateral relations between the defence administrations of the two countries, the security situation in the neighbouring areas, support for Ukraine and Finland's NATO integration process.
