Prime Minister's Office investigates suspected case of information leakage

The Prime Minister’s Office considers it possible that confidential emails relating to official duties have been accessed by unauthorised parties. The case relates to emails that deal, for instance, with sanctions being prepared in the European Union.
The possible information leakage is already being addressed. The authorities are investigating a number of personal computers. The incident was discovered during the weekend. The Prime Minister’s Office will comment on the details of the case as investigations proceed.
