Feedback and questions sent through the website are processed during office hours. We aim to respond as swiftly as possible, and no later than within a fortnight.
We can only respond to feedback if you provide your contact details on the form (email address or name and address). We will contact you primarily by e-mail.
Please do not share confidential or sensitive information using the feedback form. In personal matters or inquiries or to request information and documents, please contact the Registry. Please note that the Registries are currently experiencing high volumes of requests due to the COVID-19 situation.
Please give your feedback under your own name or, if you wish, anonymously. Providing feedback using the name of another person can be interpreted as identity theft or, for instance, regarded as an act of defamation.
