20.12.2022 | The President of the Republic approved supplementary legislation on the Entry/Exit System (EES) and the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) on 20 December. The supplementary legislation amends the national legislation as required by the relevant European Parliament and Council regulations. 

8.7.2026 | The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment is inviting views on a draft act that would transpose into national law the EU Directive on improving working conditions in platform work. The public consultation will be open from 8 July to 28 August 2026. The draft act was prepared by a tripartite working group, which did not reach a unanimous position.
