  20. 9.6.2026 | On 9 June 2026, the European Court of Human Rights delivered its judgment concerning Finland in a case about the right to a fair trial. The case concerned whether an unreasoned arbitral award issued in arbitration proceedings violated the applicant company’s right to a fair trial as guaranteed in Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights. The Court unanimously held that Article 6 had not been violated.
