We will develop the operating conditions of CSOs in cross-administrative cooperation. The implementation of the strategy includes legislative projects, studies and reports and other development measures. 3.12.2025 | The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health has published the Non-Violent Childhoods Action Plan for 2026–2033 aimed at preventing all forms of violence against children. 30.1.2025 | A working group preparing an overhaul of student financial aid has assessed the current situation in student financial aid and key development needs in the student financial aid system. Needs for development that were deemed essential include reinstating indexation and restructuring interest assistance and loan granting practices to improve the security of student loans. 12.6.2025 | On 12 June 2025, the Ministry of Transport and Communications initiated a regulation project to amend the Driving Licence Act. The project’s goals are to promote road safety by improving the capability of young drivers to identify and avoid risks and by restricting the times of day young people can drive. In its session on 12 June, the Government proposed that the President of the Republic approve the relevant amendments to the Aliens Act on 13 June.
