  4. 22.1.2024 | The European Member States, Parliament and the Commission have reached a provisional agreement on a regulation on CO2 emission standards for heavy-duty vehicles (HDVs). The emissions reduction targets for new heavy-duty vehicles will gradually tighten and the scope of application of the regulation will widen. The deadline for submitting comments to the European Commission is 7 July 2023. The standards are based on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The Directive requires national legislative amendments which are being prepared by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.
