29.4.2026 | Prime Minister Petteri Orpo will represent Finland at the eighth summit of the European Political Community (EPC) to be held in the Armenian capital on Monday 4 May. The theme of the summit is Building the Future: Unity and Stability in Europe. Along with the heads of state or government of the countries involved in the EPC, representatives of EU institutions and the secretaries-general of NATO, the OSCE and the Council of Europe have been invited to the summit.

Kokouksen teemana on tulevaisuuden rakentaminen: yhtenäisyys ja vakaus Euroopassa. Kokoukseen on kutsuttu EPY:n toimintaan osallistuvien eurooppalaisten maiden valtion- tai hallituksen johtajien lisäksi EU-instituutioiden edustajat, Naton, Etyj:n ja Euroopan neuvoston pääsihteerit.

29.4.2026 | Statsminister Petteri Orpo deltar som Finlands representant i Europeiska politiska gemenskapens (EPG) åttonde möte, som ordnas i Armeniens huvudstad Jerevan måndagen den 4 maj. Temat för mötet är ”Bygga framtiden: Enhet och stabilitet i Europa”. Till mötet har stats- och regeringschefer från de europeiska länder som deltar i EPG:s verksamhet bjudits in. Även företrädare för EU-institutionerna samt Natos, OSSE:s och Europarådets generalsekreterare är inbjudna.

5.5.2022 | A Twinning project in Azerbaijan, led by Statistics Finland, focusing on Finnish data usage and statistical expertise, was very different from any previous Twinning projects. The project was launched remotely in June 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and it progressed despite the war between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the new virus variants. The closing event of the project on 11 April 2022 in Baku attracted enormous media attention.
