The fast-acting measures to curb indebtedness that were decided on due to the difficult situation in central government finances will move forward.

Finnish democracy has also managed the crisis well. A key success factor has been confidence, which needs to be maintained and strengthened. These assessments are presented in a summative report which examines the economic and social impacts of the COVID-19 crisis on society.
