Efter regeringens behandling fastställde regeringspartiernas statssekreterare närmare åtgärder med anledning av rekommendationerna. Det var den andra gången som rekommendationer om de mänskliga rättigheterna behandlades som ett led i genomförandet av statsrådets meddelande om likabehandling.
