New website brings together tools and instructions for effective and secure planning of digital services
In October, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency will publish the Suomi.fi for Service Developers website aimed at professionals working with digitalisation. The aim of the website is to support organisations in the development of digital services, while also not forgetting the topical themes of digital security and artificial intelligence.
The Suomi.fi for Service Developers website brings together solutions, good practices and clear instructions for the planning and building of digital services.
The website provides an overall picture of the available national support services for digitalisation, such as Suomi.fi Services. Organisations can use the website in planning an interoperable IT architecture and new services as well as in ensuring their cost-effectiveness and security.
Guides for effective, secure and responsible planning of digital services
Guides that help to plan digitalisation in a secure and responsible way will be published on the new Suomi.fi for Service Developers website.
The already published guide Using AI responsibly provides instructions on how to plan the organisation’s ethical practices and manage the risks of AI systems.
The guide for risk management in digital security, which will be published in October, provides advice for the planning, implementation and development of risk management. The comprehensive guide contains information on data security, data protection, security management, preparedness and continuity management. In the guide, instructions are provided from the point of view of different roles, such as those of the management, specialists or employees.
Instructions and tools for the development of digital security and utilisation of Suomi.fi Services

The new website provides instructions on how organisations can digitalise their service paths and improve the quality of their services with the national Suomi.fi support services.
