One-minute silence today in Europe in memory of Paris victims

On Monday 16 November, there will be one minute of silence in Europe in memory of the victims of the terrorist attacks in Paris. The Government invites the citizens of Finland to join in this moment of silence at 13.00 Finnish time. The Government of Finland has expressed its deepest condolences to those who suffered from the terrorist attacks and to all the French people.
The EU Heads of State or Government and the leaders of the EU institutions invite all Europeans to join in one minute of silence in memory of those who lost their lives in Paris on 13 November.
