Prime Minister Juha Sipilä has expressed his condolences on behalf of the Finnish Government to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev following the terrorist attack in a metro in St Petersburg. Sipilä stated that he condemns this shocking act.
The Prime Minister also expressed his condolences to the families and friends of the victims and to all of those affected by this tragic event.
