President and Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discuss report on changes in the security environment

In their meeting on Tuesday 12 April, the President of the Republic and the Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy finalised the report on changes in the security environment. The report will be submitted to Parliament once it has been endorsed in the government plenary session.
