In their meeting on Tuesday 19 February, the President of the Republic and the Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discussed Russia and the security situation in Europe. In addition, the President and the Ministerial Committee received a briefing on negotiations between officials concerning Finland’s bilateral security commitments to Ukraine.
The President and the Ministerial Committee also discussed preparations for the meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs on 3–4 April.
