Draft budget
Ministry of Finance publishes its draft budget for 2025

The level of spending included in the draft budget is EUR 88.1 billion in total with a deficit of EUR 12.2 billion.

Next, the Government will discuss the draft budget in its budget session on 3 and 4 September. The Ministry of Finance will then finalise the Government's budget proposal. The Ministry will submit the proposal to Parliament on 23 September, and Parliament will approve the Budget in December.
