Jesse Horsma appointed to serve as Special Adviser to Minister Ranne

Minister of Transport and Communications Lulu Ranne has invited Jesse Horsma, Bachelor of Science in Economics, to serve as her Special Adviser.

Horsma will be responsible for digital, data and cyber matters as well as for communications networks. His responsibilities will include media relations.
 
Horsma comes to his post at the ministry from the cabinet of Member of the European Parliament Sebastian Tynkkynen.
 
He took up his post on 11 August 2025.
