Taina Pieski reappointed as Director of the International Affairs Unit at the Ministry of Transport and Communications

Taina Pieski, M.A., has been reappointed as Director of the International Affairs Unit at the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

She has served in that role since 1 January 2019. The term of her new appointment will last until the end of 2021.

The International Affairs Unit reports to the Permanent Secretary.

Pieski started at the Ministry of Transport and Communications as Communications Director in 2008. In 2017-2018, she served as Director of Strategic Affairs at the Ministry. She has previously worked at the Ministry of the Environment and Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.
