Flags to be flown in Helsinki and Oulu on 17–19 September 2018 for visit of German Federal President

The Ministry of the Interior recommends that the national flag be flown in Helsinki on 17 and 18 September and in Oulu on 19 September for the state visit of German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

The flags are to be raised at 8.00 in the morning and lowered at sunset.

The Ministry of the Interior has decided that government agencies and public bodies in Helsinki and Oulu will observe these flag flying arrangements on the respective days.
