You can now send email to the Ministry of the Interior to @gov.fi addresses

The Ministry of the Interior will start using email addresses ending in @gov.fi on 1 January 2023. The change is part of the overall modernisation and harmonisation of the Government’s email systems and addresses.

The email addresses of staff at the Ministry of the Interior will be in the format [email protected]. In addition, the Ministry of the Interior will continue to use the TUVE email service ([email protected]) that meets the requirements for enhanced information security and is used by the security authorities.

The Ministry of the Interior’s general email addresses will also change. For example, the Registry address will change to [email protected]. 

The change will not affect the Ministry's website address, which will remain the same.
