Problems in sending periodic filings for import clearances

In week 3, the periodic filings for import clearance were not sent due to a technical problem. These periodic filings concern customs clearances done 3–9 January 2022. According to the normal timetable, the periodic filings would have been sent on Tuesday 18 January 2022, but they were not sent until 26 January 2022. The term of payment for the periodic filings in question has been extended to Friday 11 February 2022, and no late payment penalties will be imposed for week 3 periodic filings paid by this date, although the due date stated on them is 28 January 2022. The term of payment is extended automatically, and it does not require contacting Finnish Customs. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay in sending the periodic filings.
