Defence Forces to procure new information management system

The Ministry of Defence authorised the Defence Forces to procure a new information manage-ment system package.


The package includes the roll-out of the software and the maintenance and further development related to the use of the software. The procurement will be implemented in 2023-2028 while maintenance and further development will take place in 2029-2036.  The information manage-ment system package is supplied by Innofactor Software Oy. 


The overall value of the procurement, without value added tax, is EUR 22 million, while the do-mestic employment effect is about 70 person-years.
