The pilot will start on 1st September 2025 and continue until 27th February 2026.
During the trial, customers can use remote connections with experts from the Social Insurance institution of Finland, the Tax administration and the Digital and population data services Agency in Porvoo and Nurmes. In Imatra, remote services are also provided by the police.
In remote service points customers can communicate with an expert from the authorities remotely via video and audio connection. The hardware and software of remote service rooms also enable the sharing of documents between the customer and the expert.
