Exceptions to opening hours in December and January
The telephone service and the service points of the Finnish Immigration Service are closed on the following days:
- Christmas Eve 24 December 2024
- Christmas Day 25 December 2024
- Boxing Day 26 December 2024
- New Year’s Day 1 January 2025
- Epiphany 6 January 2025.
The service point in Rovaniemi will be closed from 23 December 2024 to 6 January 2025.
Our service desk for EU citizens at International House Helsinki will be closed from 23 December 2024 to 6 January 2025.
Our telephone service will close at 12.00 on the following days:
- Monday 23 December
- Tuesday 31 December
