Denmark’s new Minister for Foreign Affairs Lars Løkke Rasmussen to visit Finland

Minister for Foreign Affairs Pekka Haavisto will meet Denmark’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Lars Løkke Rasmussen in Helsinki on 20 January.

The ministers will discuss bilateral relations, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and energy security, among other topics.

“It is important to exchange views on topical matters with our close Nordic partner, Denmark,” Foreign Minister Haavisto says.

In Helsinki, the Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs will meet also President of the Republic Sauli Niinistö and Minister for Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade Ville Skinnari.
