Minister for Foreign Affairs Pekka Haavisto will attend a meeting of Nordic foreign ministers (N5) on 22 March.
The foreign ministers will exchange views on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and on multilateral cooperation. The meeting will be held via remote connections.
“The cooperation between the Nordic foreign ministers is very close, and it is important for use to exchange views on topical matters on a regular basis,” says Minister for Foreign Affairs Pekka Haavisto.
This is the second virtual meeting of Nordic foreign ministers during Iceland’s Presidency in 2023.
