Finland to observe one minute silence for victims of the incidents in Norway

The Government of Norway has announced that there will be one minute’s silence to commemorate the victims of the bombing and shooting incidents in Norway. The silence will be held today at 13.00 Finnish time. The Finnish Government hopes that people will widely observe the silent tribute.
