Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja will meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow on Monday, 15 April. The ministers will discuss bilateral relations and regional cooperation, including Arctic issues. The agenda also includes EU–Russia relations and current international issues, including the situation in North Korea and in Syria.
Foreign Minister Tuomioja will meet separately with representatives of Russian non-governmental organisations and will deliver a talk on the challenges of global change to foreign policy experts.
