The Nordic Foreign Ministers met and discussed migration and refugee crisis matters in Brussels on 14 December. Migration and the refugee crisis call for comprehensive action. The Ministers share the concern over the consequences of uncontrolled migration. They exchanged views on the best practices for integrating immigrants.
The Ministers decided to strengthen Nordic cooperation and exchange of information in matters relating to migration. They want closer cooperation in order to speed up the removal of asylum seekers who won't be granted asylum. Solidarity from the European Union is now required also towards the Nordic countries.
