Government met reprepsentatives of labour market organisations
On Thursday, 26 April, the Government held a meeting with the representatives of labour market organisations in Kesäranta, the Prime Minister’s Official Residence in Helsinki. The Government proposed that a second meeting be organised on 16 May 2007. In the next meeting, the labour market organisations are invited to give an overview of the current labour market situation and present their wishes for action by the state authorities.
The May meeting is also to discuss the economic situation and the report of the Incomes Policy Settlement Commission.
Today, discussions also focused on other Government activities under preparation in cooperation with the labour market organisations.
