Minister Stubb to participate in the Informal Meeting of EU Foreign Ministers
Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb will participate in the Informal Meeting of EU Ministers of Foreign Affairs (so-called Gymnich meeting) to be held in Hluboká nad Vlatavou, Czech Republic, on 27—28 March.
During the first day of the meeting, the ministers will discuss the situation in the Middle East, Belarus, and the development of EU civilian crisis management.
During the second day of the meeting, the working session theme will be the Western Balkans. The foreign ministers of both the EU candidate countries and Western Balkan countries will participate in the final debate of the meeting.
Informal Meetings of EU Ministers of Foreign Affairs have been organised regularly every six months since 1974.
