New side-accreditation and authorisation

At the presidential session on Thursday 22 August 2019, the President of the Republic authorised Päivi Pohjanheimo, Finland’s Ambassador to Mexico, to represent Finland also in Guatemala and Honduras.

In addition, the President of the Republic authorised Counsellor for Foreign Affairs Pertti Ikonen, Roving Ambassador for the Caribbean based at the Ministry, to represent Finland also in the Dominican Republic, Guyana, Cuba and Suriname.
