At the presidential session on 14 October, the President of the Republic appointed two new non-resident Ambassadors.
The President of the Republic appointed Ambassador Pekka Kaihilahti, Head of Mission at Finland’s Embassy in Jakarta, to serve as a non-resident Ambassador to East Timor, and Ambassador Teemu Sepponen, Head of Mission at Finland’s Embassy in Tunis, to serve as a non-resident Ambassador to Libya.
