State Secretary Rajala to attend Halifax Security Forum and visit Washington DC

Pasi Rajala, State Secretary to Finland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Elina Valtonen and Minister of Defence Antti Häkkänen, will attend the Halifax International Security Forum in Canada on 22–24 November. On his way to Halifax, Rajala will visit Washington DC.

The Halifax Security Forum brings together political, military and business leaders from Canada, the United States and around the world. The Forum will discuss support for Ukraine and the links between democracy and security, among other matters.

In Washington DC, Rajala will meet representatives and foreign policy advisers from the US Congress and talk with American journalists.
