The Finnish Embassy in Cairo has moved to work in different premises for the weekend. This has been done so that the personnel can be situated together in the same safe premises. The aim is to be available 24 hours a day as necessary. This would not be possible in the diplomatic mission, owing to the curfew. The replacement premises are located in a hotel closer to the airport than the diplomatic mission, thus providing better opportunity to help Finns trying to leave Cairo.
The diplomatic mission can be reached by e-mail, [email protected], or by telephone on +20 (0) 12 244 4671.
